Hi everyone
A new crochet pattern arrived to One Skein of Love kingdom. Misty Forest is an homage to one of my favourite nature element, forests and trees. It can be found here.

I love the mystique of the forests, the smell of plants and trees, the small noises made by little creatures under the floor leaves or moving along the trees trucks. All is magic in a quiet green forest. I can imagine fairies and gnomes hide and seek behind the trees or bushes.

Misty Forest is a very relaxing pattern done using mosaic overlay technique. It is available in English (US terms). Pattern has written instructions, charts and pics to guide you. There is also a Left-handed version.
You can find the pattern on My Crochet Shop, on Ravelry, or on Etsy.
Materials
In my sample I used Hobbii Winter Glow held together with Hobbii Diablo and a 5 mm / E-4 crochet hook.
Finishing Size
The final size of the blanket is 88 cm x 115 cm (35 in x 45 in), approximately.
Note that your final size will change due to your crochet tension or the yarn you use. You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.

You are very welcome to join Oneskeinoflove Designs – Mosaic Crochet group, on Facebook, and share there your creations, progress on One Skein of Love patterns or doubts you might have. The group is a a very welcoming and helpful one. Besides there are always promotions running exclusively in the group.
A big Thank You to all my precious testers that tested Misty Forest – Elizabeth Gil, Kris Mumper Stremmel, Linda Lee, Mara Bartholomew and Sally Murray.
Can’t wait to see the first Misty Forest blankies popping up in my social media. You can use #mistyforestblanket hastag to share your work.

I love your designs and
I purchased the Mary Maxim misty forest kit.
I’m finding the written pattern and the chart are off by one row.
is this true or am I seeing it wrong?

Hi Beverly
If Mary Maxim copied right my pattern, it must be correct. You have to repeat rows 3 to 34, 3 more times and then do row 131 of sc.
Happy crocheting
