A new party is about to begin in One Skein of Love kingdom. π
A new and relaxing CAL done in mosaic crochet technique, that can help you to reduce your yarn stash and meet new crochet fellows.
You can find Dancing Diamonds here.

The CAL will be hosted in my FB crochet group – Oneskeinoflove Crochet. There you can find all the help you might need, you can share your creation progress and you can help turn the group into a happy and colourful place.
During the CAL we will be creating a blanket but using more or less repeats you can create other projects your imagination can come up with. The blanket can be made by all crocheters, with different skills. There are lots of pics to help and also videos.
Pattern is written in English (US Terms). It has a Spanish, German, Dutch and French translation, and a left-handed version too. It has step-by-step written instructions, a mosaic tutorial and a border tutorial with photos for every row and steps, charts, and other pictures to guide you through all the CAL parts.

In the Introduction File (already available here) you can get all the information about materials, size, stitches and pattern notes. And also a tutorial for mosaic stitches and technique and for the double border (envelope border).
Materials
In my sample I used Durable Cosy Fine yarn and a 4.5mm hook. You are free to use whatever yarn and hook you want, and all the colours you want. It is all up to you.
Good news to those of you that want to use the same yarn. Yarn Kits will be available atΒ Bitacaio Shop. All information by email to:Β geral@bitacaio.pt. Milu and Carlos are extraordinary people and can give you all the assistance you need. πππ
Finishing Size
The final size of the blanket is 100 cm x 130 cm (40β x 51β), approximately. You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.
Releasing Dates
Each part will be released here every Thursday, around 2 oβclock in the afternoon (UK time).
