There is a new party taking place in One Skein of Love kingdom. To celebrate Spring I came up with a new design, running as a CAL.

First part of the CAL was released yesterday on Ravelry. There is also an Introduction File available with all info about the CAL as well as a tutorial for Mosaic Crochet and for the Double Border.

Spring Garden blanket is divided into 4 parts. The first 3 parts will create the blanket body. The last part will be dedicated to the border. There are 10 different patterns distributed in the first 3 parts of the CAL. You can play with the patterns or repeats to create a bigger or smaller blankie or to create other house decor itens.
Pattern is written in English (US Terms). It has a Spanish and Dutch translation. It has step-by-step written instructions, a mosaic tutorial and a border tutorial, charts, and lots of pictures to guide you through all the CAL parts.
Materials
In my sample I used Hobbii Tea Time and Hobbii Daily Stitch Mega and a 4 mm hook. You are free to use whatever yarn and hook you want, and all the colours you want. It is all up to you.
Finishing Size
The final size of the blanket is 105 cm x 137 cm (41” x 54”), approximately. You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.
