Hand-Painted Tiles

I am so happy to share with you my beloved Hand-Painted Tiles pattern.

These motifs, worked in the round, are so very elegant and can be used for cushions, blankets or any other project with motifs you may like to do. I made a cushion cover but I can see a lovely blanket made with yarn colourful stash. The more colourful the merrier.

I made 9 squares and joined them into a panel, did a border and attached it to a fabric cushion. You can make a square blanket using 6 x 6 squares or a rectangular blanket using 5 x 7 squares, for example. With a Dk or Aran yarn you will need less squares as they will be bigger.

This pattern was first published in «100 Crochet Tiles» book and it is now available to purchase individually, in any of my shops – Etsy, Ravelry and Payhip.

The pattern was created using the overlay mosaic crochet technique. It includes the joining motifs and a border explanations. So it will give you all elements to make a blanket too.

Pattern is written in English (US Terms). It has written instructions, charts and photos.
